Family class (FAE1) (takes place Friday in a heated pool at Strandlund)
This team is for the new swimmer between 3-5 years old. The swimmer will learn to fell comfortable in the water and the swimming is with a parent in the water.
Guppie beginner (GBE1) (takes place Friday in a heated pool at Strandlund)
This team is for the new swimmer between the ages of 5 and 7 years old that has no previous swimming history.
The swimmer will learn the basic dexterities of swimming, such as floating on ones front and back, correct kicks when practicing backstroke and freestyle, furthermore the familiarity with backstroke, freestyle and butterfly-kicks.
Guppie advanced (GAE) (takes place Friday in a heated pool at Strandlund)
This team is for the independent beginner between the ages of 5 and 7 years, who already have acquaintance with the pool environment.
The Swimmer will learn the basic dexterities of swimming, such as floating on ones front and back, correct kicks when practicing backstroke and freestyle, furthermore the familiarity with backstroke, freestyle and butterfly-kicks.
On Sunday, January 25th, 2026, there will be no regular classes at Strandlund, Søgård, and Kildeskovshallen for Baby, Family, MiniGuppy, Guppy, and MiniDelfin swimmers, as we will be hosting “Fun with Water” for the youngest swimmers in the club at Kildeskovshallen.
